Antioxidants provide protection against free radicals and oxidative stress.
What are free radicals and oxidative stress?
As early as 1954, it was postulated that the ageing process is primarily caused by the damaging effect of free radicals. Oxidative stress attacks our cells. Terms such as "free radicals" and "oxidative stress" are not just current buzzwords. When free radicals damage healthy endogenous cells and the balance between these radicals and antioxidants is disturbed, this results in oxidative stress.
Our body has various mechanisms to neutralise free radicals. However, the body's own protection and detoxification systems only function efficiently if they are supplied with sufficient cofactors (e.g. vitamins and trace elements). The supplementary intake of micronutrients can therefore be beneficial and advisable.

Recommended dosage
Take 2 capsules daily in the morning with liquid.
