Riopan for the relief of heartburn and acid regurgitation
Field of application:
Riopan is used for the treatment of heartburn and acid regurgitation.
Active ingredient:
The preparation contains 1600 mg magaldrate, which binds excess stomach acid and thus supports digestive function.
Dosage:
If required, take 1 sachet (10 ml) one hour after the main meals and before going to bed, but not more than 4 sachets daily.
Duration of treatment:
Discontinue use when symptom-free, but do not take for more than 14 days at a time; consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
For children and adolescents:
Children under 12 years of age should not take Riopan, and adolescents between 12 and 18 years of age should only take it as directed by a doctor.
