Watch the radishes grow from above? It's easy with the above-ground sprouts of the spicy tuber. If you look deep into the sprout jar, you can discover the tender little plants after a short time. The sprouts can be harvested after around 5 to 8 days. Their pungent flavour is particularly good in salads and on sandwiches.
