Sonnentor clear vegetable soup in detail
Quick to prepare and tasty. The clear vegetable soup contains fully ripe dried vegetables such as carrots or parsnips and selected Hildegard spices such as hyssop and galangal.
Ingredients
Salt, organic potato starch, organic maize maltodextrin, organic vegetable mix 16% in variable proportions by weight (organic carrots, organic onions, organic parsnips), organic cane sugar, organic maize starch, anti-caking agent: Calcium carbonate, organic sunflower oil, organic sweet paprika, organic chives, organic hyssop, organic lovage, organic parsley, organic garlic, organic galangal, organic fennel, organic nutmeg, organic tarragon, organic turmeric, organic sage, organic wild garlic.

How to use
Add 1 heaped teaspoon (6 g) of soup powder to 1/4 litre of water, bring to the boil while stirring - done. Also ideal for flavouring and refining.

Is the salt in SONNENTOR soups iodine-free?
Yes, in principle we use iodine-free salt in all SONNENTOR products. In order to also offer a salt with iodine, we also offer our sea salt with iodised algae.
