Blephaclean® compresses in detail
For cleaning and soothing the eyelids and eyelid margins
Blephaclean® is a pack of 20 sterile, ready-to-use compresses specially developed for gentle cleansing of the eyelids, eyelid margins and eyelashes. These compresses are impregnated with a micellar lotion containing hyaluronic acid and plant extracts of iris and tiger grass.
Blephaclean® is particularly suitable if you have sensitive skin and eyelids, want to remove dust, pollen and eye secretions or crusts (due to an allergy or infection), want to remove make-up from the eyes or suffer from inflammation or infection of the eyelids (such as blepharitis, meibomian gland dysfunction, styes or chalazion). These conditions can lead to dry eyes, such as itching, grittiness and red eyes.
Blephaclean® can also be used before eye surgery to clean the eyelids and can be used after surgery if recommended by a doctor.
Blephaclean® is preservative and fragrance free and does not require rinsing with water after use.
Blephaclean® has been tested under ophthalmological control and is also suitable for children from 3 months of age.
Please note that the term "micelle-containing" describes the type of liquid. Micelles are small areas in a liquid that stand out from the rest of the liquid due to their structure. This enables simple and effective mechanical cleaning, as grease residues accumulate in the micelle structure.
