Important note:
If electrodes, batteries or other parts need to be replaced, you will receive a cost estimate in advance. Repairs will only be carried out with your consent.Incl. shipping costs for returning the customer's device (the customer is responsible for sending in the customer's device)
Options:
- With loaner device: You will receive a replacement device during the inspection. The replacement device will be sent free of charge. The customer pays the shipping costs for returning the device. Any accessories that are used will be charged afterwards.
- Without a loan device: The test is carried out without a replacement device.
