The Seresto® collar offers reliable protection against ticks, fleas and hair lice for dogs weighing 8 kg or more. With two active ingredients - imidacloprid and flumethrin - it effectively kills and repels parasites. The active ingredients spread through the skin and coat and provide protection without the ticks having to bite the dog. In addition, the collar reduces the risk of tick-borne diseases and protects against the transmission of leishmaniasis by sand flies.

How to use
The Seresto® collar is simply placed around the dog's neck and releases the active ingredients in small, controlled quantities. The active ingredient is distributed in the skin's natural oily film and remains effective for up to 8 months. The collar is suitable for dogs weighing 8 kg or more and is 70 cm long.
Areas of application
- Prevention and treatment of flea infestations (effective for 7-8 months)
- Treatment of hair lice infestation (Trichodectes canis)
- Effective against tick infestations (Ixodes ricinus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus, Dermacentor reticulatus)
- Reduces the risk of tick-borne diseases (e.g. babesiosis, ehrlichiosis)
- Indirect protection against leishmaniasis caused by sand flies
Instructions for use
The Seresto® collar should not be removed for 48 hours after application to ensure complete protection against new tick infestations. Existing ticks must be removed within the first 48 hours. Protection against new ticks begins within 2 days of applying the collar.
