The abbreviation BCAA stands for "branched-chain amino acids" and refers to the proteinogenic amino acids valine, leucine and isoleucine, which make up BCAA. As the body cannot produce these amino acids itself, they must be ingested through food.

The powder contains BCAA in a ratio of 2:1:1 (leucine, isoleucine, valine).
Recommended intake:
Take 1 x 4 g powder or 1 x 8 vital measuring spoons (enclosed) daily in sufficient liquid, or stir it into shakes or smoothies (the powder has a low solubility). You can also mix the powder into food.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are no substitute for a healthy, varied and balanced diet. Keep the product out of the reach of small children.
