Dräger oxymixers in detail
Dräger's low flow oxymixers enable simple and efficient oxygen therapy. The O2/compressed air gas mixers guarantee a continuous and precisely adjusted mixture of air with O2 and can be used for adults, children and neonates. The O2 concentration can be easily adjusted between 21 and 100 %. The bleed function is particularly important for low flows. It ensures that the O2 concentration is as accurate as possible even at low flows. In addition, the bleed on/off switch helps to save gas when no bleed flow is required. The acoustic alarm, which sounds in the event of a drop in pressure or failure of the O2/air supply, ensures safety. A version with FiO2 monitor is also available. The monitor continuously displays the administered oxygen concentration. All oxymixers have a standardised NIST gas inlet.
