How to use?
Suck the medicine slowly or allow it to dissolve in the mouth and act in the oral cavity. Do not allow the medicine to dissolve in the cheek pocket.

Duration of use?
The medicine must not be used for longer than 7 days without medical advice. In case of severe sore throat or sore throat accompanied by high fever, headache, nausea or vomiting, the medicine must not be used for more than 2 days without medical advice.

Overdosage?
If used as directed, no overdose symptoms are to be expected. Consult your doctor in the event of an overdose.

As a general rule: Pay particular attention to conscientious dosing for infants, small children and the elderly. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.

How do the ingredients of the medicine work?

Several effects are achieved through the combination of the various active ingredients: Cetrimonium bromide has a disinfectant effect. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic, i.e. it numbs the surface of the mucous membrane and thus acts locally against the pain. Tyrothricin acts specifically against bacteria by interfering with the metabolism of pathogens, thereby damaging or killing them.

Dosage

General dosage recommendation:1 lozenge1-3 times daily (maximum 3 tablets per day)Children aged 5-11 years at intervals of 2-3 hours1 lozenge1-8 times daily (maximum 8 tablets per day)Children aged 12 years and over and adults at intervals of 2-3 hoursConsult your doctor if severe sore throat or sore throat accompanied by high fever, headache, nausea and vomiting does not subside after 2 days of treatment.
