This food supplement contains trimagnesium dicitrate and magnesium oxide as active ingredients. It also contains lemon flavouring, calcium salts of fatty acids and sorbitol as ingredients.
Magnesium-Diasporal® 300 direct is a direct granulate that is ideal for active people and when travelling. It vitalises the muscles and can be taken quickly and without liquid, as it dissolves directly in the mouth. It serves as a basic supply.
Each stick contains 300 mg of magnesium with a refreshing lemon flavour. It is recommended to consume the contents of one stick daily. The product naturally contains no sugar, artificial sweeteners or colourings and no animal ingredients, making it suitable for vegans. Diabetics can also use it as one stick contains less than 0.1 BE. It is gluten-free and lactose-free.
The ingredients are magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, the sugar substitute sorbitol and the anti-caking agent calcium salts of fatty acids. Each stick contains 300 mg magnesium.
It should be noted that excessive consumption can have a laxative effect. One stick contains 300 mg magnesium, which corresponds to 80% of the average daily requirement according to EU regulations.
