Our calcium capsules with vitamin D3 and K2 contain high-quality, natural ingredients. The calcium is extracted from the algae Lithothamnium off the coast of Iceland. The vitamin D3 is extracted from lichen and comes from the UK. The vitamin K2 in the effective "all-trans" form from Gnosis is produced in Italy on a fermentative basis.
The combination of calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 is vital, as calcium is the most important mineral in the human body in terms of quantity. Almost 100% of calcium is found in the bones and teeth. A sufficient intake of calcium in combination with vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 makes the absorption of calcium more effective. Vitamin D is important for bone metabolism and, together with calcium, can counteract the development of osteoporosis. Vitamin K2 ensures that calcium does not remain in the blood but is stored in the bones and prevents accumulation in the blood vessels, which can lead to health problems. Together, calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 help to strengthen bones.
Calcium also has other positive effects on the body. It contributes to normal blood clotting, muscle function, the maintenance of healthy bones, the function of digestive enzymes, cell division, energy metabolism and the maintenance of healthy teeth.

The ingredients of our calcium capsules are: Calcium carbonate, menaquinone (vitamin K2), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose as a coating agent for the capsule shell.
We recommend taking 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid during a meal. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Please note that food supplements cannot replace a healthy and balanced diet. Keep the product out of the reach of children.
