Sonnentor rose hips in detail
The rose hip is a member of the rose family. As soon as its pale pink flowers have faded, it forms the popular, bright fruits that are even sung about. Its purple-red coat can be used to make a fruity tea with a sweet and sour flavour that goes wonderfully with salads and potted desserts.
