Soy? Oh yes! Anyone who thinks tofu tastes bland hasn't tried it with Yoko's seasoning. It smells fresh and oriental and adds a particularly subtle flavour thanks to coriander, turmeric, lemongrass and ginger. Tip: Marinate tofu with coconut milk, soya sauce and lemon and Yoko's tofu seasoning and fry briefly. Mmmhhh!
