Vagisan Biotin-Lacto are capsules containing biotin and lactic acid bacteria to support the maintenance of healthy mucous membranes, including the vaginal mucosa.
Healthy mucous membranes are characterised by good regeneration and colonisation with "good" bacteria. Vagisan Biotin-Lacto is a food supplement in capsule form that contains biotin and lactic acid bacteria and can be easily and conveniently taken daily with a glass of water.

Biotin is a vital vitamin that is important for the metabolism of all body cells, especially for tissues such as skin and mucous membranes, which regenerate particularly quickly. In certain situations such as smoking, negative stress, taking medication or pregnancy, the need for biotin can be increased. In these situations, taking biotin can help to keep the mucous membranes healthy, including the vaginal mucosa.
Lactic acid bacteria are bacteria that are found in large numbers on and in the human body, especially on mucous membranes such as the intestines and vagina. The number of these bacteria can be reduced by various influences, including the use of antibiotics.
Vagisan Biotin-Lacto contains standardised lactic acid bacteria cultures and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Recommended dosage:
The recommended daily intake for adult women is one capsule (recommended daily intake) with a glass of water. It can be used by adult women of all ages, including pregnant women.
Please note that the recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Store the product in a cool place (6-25 °C) away from light and keep it out of the reach of children.
