Shipping policy

General information

• Transparency: The shipping costs incurred are clearly displayed in the shopping cart and on the order completion page.
• Digital products: There are no shipping costs for e-books, software, etc.
• Customs costs: All costs in connection with customs procedures (export, import, customs warehousing) are borne by the customer - this applies in particular to deliveries to third countries and EFTA states (excluding Switzerland, see special note below).

Global delivery options

• Worldwide shipping: We deliver to almost all countries worldwide. If delivery to your country is not possible, you will be informed during the ordering process.
• Legal notice: We reserve the right to refuse orders (see our Terms and Conditions). In such cases, the purchase price will be refunded immediately.
• Shipping service providers: Delivery is carried out by service providers such as DPD, DHL Express, Austrian Post, forwarding agents or other courier services - always including insurance.
• Shipment tracking: After shipment, you will automatically receive a tracking number by e-mail.

Notes & exceptions

• Dangerous goods & heavy goods:

  • Dangerous goods: flat rate fee of € 14.90
  • Heavy goods (e.g. furniture, only by forwarding agent): Flat rate fee of € 49.90
    
    

• Multiple suppliers:

  • For orders with items from multiple sellers (marketplace sellers and MeinArztbedarf.com), the shipping costs will be added together unless the items qualify for free shipping.
  • You can see the final shipping costs in the checkout.

Special information about Switzerland

• Value added tax: In Switzerland, we pay the 8.1% value added tax (according to the Federal Tax Administration in Bern).
• DDP delivery: The goods are duty paid and taxed (Delivery Duty Paid - DDP), so that you do not incur any additional costs after delivery.

Shipping to third countries (outside the EU and EFTA)

• Examples: USA, Canada, Brazil, China, etc.

Special notes

• Partner shipping: Products that are shipped by partners (marked with "Sale and shipping by ...") are subject to different guidelines.
• Medicines: For example, medicines cannot be delivered to all of the countries listed above. If shipping to your country is not possible, this will be clearly stated in the checkout.
