Abtei Vitamin B12 Plus Folic Acid is a dietary supplement that supports energy metabolism in the body and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
The product contains high doses of folic acid and vitamin B12, which are closely linked and play an important role in metabolism. Together they influence the homocysteine metabolism, which in turn has an effect on various bodily processes and the condition of the heart and blood vessels.
The special feature of Abtei Vitamin B12 Plus Folic Acid is the special long-term depot effect, in which the vitamins it contains are continuously released into the body over several hours. This is particularly useful for vegetarians and vegans, as vitamin B12 is mainly found in animal foods and supplementation is therefore recommended.

The recommended daily intake is one tablet of Abtei Vitamin B12 Plus Folic Acid with sufficient liquid, e.g. half a glass of water. It is advised not to exceed the stated recommended daily amount.
The product should be stored in a cool and light-protected place at temperatures of 6-25 °C and kept out of the reach of children. Each pack contains 30 tablets.
