Apply the medicine to the conjunctival sac of the/each eye or to the/each nostril. Spread the medicine on the nasal mucosa by massaging from the outside.
Duration of use?
The duration of use depends on the type of complaint and/or duration of the illness.
Overdosage?
No overdosage symptoms are known. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.
As a general rule: Pay particular attention to conscientious dosing, especially with infants, small children and older people. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.
A dosage prescribed by a doctor may differ from the information in the package leaflet. Since the doctor will adjust it individually, you should therefore use the medicine according to his instructions.
Storage before opening
The medicine must be stored away from heat.
Storage after opening or preparation
The medicinal product may be used for a maximum of 1 week after opening/preparation!
The medicinal product must be stored at room temperature after opening/preparation!
This information only applies to use on the eye. For use on the nose, the ointment may be used for a maximum of 4 weeks after opening.

How does the active ingredient of the medicine work?
The active ingredient heals injured skin and mucous membranes. It is structurally related to pantothenic acid, a vitamin that is involved in important metabolic processes in the body. Damaged skin or mucous membranes lack pantothenic acid. The medicine containing the active ingredient, which is converted into pantothenic acid in the body, compensates for the missing vitamin and the wound can close more quickly.
