Indications
This veterinary homeopathic medicinal product is suitable for the treatment of lameness in horses, cattle, pigs and dogs, especially if the symptoms are aggravated by rest and alleviated by exercise. Common causes are overexertion and various diseases of the joints, ligaments and tendons.
Other areas of application include acute, traumatic and chronic disorders of the joints, ligaments and tendons, including
- sprains
- strained ligaments
- tendon and tendon sheath inflammation
Dosage and application
The medicine is administered by injection and can be used intravenously, subcutaneously or intramuscularly. The dosage depends on the animal species and the severity of the disease:
- Horse, cattle: 3-4 ml
- Pig: 2-3 ml
- Dog: 1-2 ml
In acute cases, the injection should be repeated after 1-2 days. In less acute cases, the injection should be repeated after 4-8 days.
Composition
One ampoule (2 ml) contains:
- Active substance: Rhus toxicodendron Dil. C 30 - 199.1 mg
- Other ingredients: Sodium chloride, water for injection
