The yam (Dioscorea villosa) is a climbing plant with green, heart-shaped leaves and originates from the Atlantic regions of North and Central America. It is used as a food plant in many cultures. Nowadays, the yam from the Dioscorea family is found all over the world.

We use the original MEXICAN WILD YAMS extract with a diosgenin content of 20% for our yam capsules. The capsule shells are made from HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). HPMC is water-soluble in contrast to cellulose (plant-based capsule material).

Ingredients per capsule: One capsule contains 415 mg Mexican Wild Yam extract from the yam tuber from Mexico (20% diosgenin content). Coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).
Recommended intake: Take 1 x 2 capsules daily with a glass of water with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements do not replace a healthy, varied and balanced diet. Keep the product out of the reach of children.
Storage instructions: The product should be stored away from light, in a dry place and out of the reach of small children.
