The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.

How should it be used?
Take internally in a little warm water and drip externally onto the affected areas of skin and then massage the medicine in gently. For inhalation, inhale the rising vapors after preparation with hot water. Wash your hands thoroughly after use. Avoid accidental contact with mucous membranes, eyes and open skin areas.

Duration of use?
The duration of use depends on the type of symptoms and/or the course of the disease. If symptoms persist for a longer period of time, you should consult your doctor.

Overdosage?
If the medicine is used as described, no overdose symptoms are known. If in doubt, consult your doctor.

As a general rule: Pay particular attention to conscientious dosing for infants, small children and the elderly. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.

A dosage prescribed by a doctor may differ from the information in the package leaflet. Since the doctor will adjust it individually, you should therefore use the medicine according to his instructions.

The medicine may be used for a maximum of 12 months after opening/preparation!
The medicine must be stored at room temperature after opening/preparation.

Always:
- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients
- Bronchial tubes that react hypersensitively, e.g. in bronchial asthma or obstructive respiratory diseases, i.e. diseases that constrict the airways
- Damaged skin (e.g. burns, injuries, skin and childhood diseases with rashes)
- Children with seizure disorders

For internal use and inhalation:
- Biliary diseases
- gallstones
- Liver disease
- Kidney disease
- Stomach diseases

Which age group should be considered?
- Children under 30 months: The medicine must not be used.
- Children under 12 years of age: As a rule, the medicinal product should not be used in this age group.
- Children and adolescents under 18 years of age: In this age group, the medicine should only be used for certain indications. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about this.

What about pregnancy and breastfeeding?
- Pregnancy: According to current knowledge, the medicine should not be used.
- Lactation: According to current knowledge, use is not recommended. Breastfeeding may need to be considered.

If you have been prescribed the medicine despite a contraindication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. The therapeutic benefit may be greater than the risk associated with use in the case of a contraindication.what adverse effects can occur?

For internal use:
- Heartburn
- Discomfort in the area of the rectum (anus and rectum)
- nausea
- vomiting
- Blurred vision
- Burning sensation in the mouth
- Ulcer on the mucous membrane
- Lichen-like skin changes
- Skin rash
- Transient, spontaneous reddening of the skin on the cheeks with a feeling of heat (flush)
- Headache
- shortness of breath
- Slow pulse (bradycardia)
- Muscle twitching
- Disturbance of movement coordination (ataxia)
- Circulatory failure due to an allergic reaction (anaphylactic shock)
- Menthol odor in urine and stool
- Painful or difficult emptying of the bladder
- Penile disease (inflammatory)
- Kidney damage with prolonged use

With inhalation:
- Cough irritation
- Respiratory arrest
- Cramping of the bronchi
- Laryngeal spasm

When applied to the skin:
- Inflammation of the skin due to allergy (contact dermatitis)
- Skin irritation
- Mucous membrane irritation#Mucositis
- Irritation of the eye
- Irritation of the nasal mucosa

- Menthol/Camphor/Cineole: Do not use on or in the immediate vicinity of the respiratory organs in children under 2 years of age; risk of laryngeal spasm. Hypersensitivity reactions (including respiratory distress) may be triggered in sensitized patients.
- There may be drugs with which interactions occur. You should therefore generally inform your doctor or pharmacist of any other medicines you are already taking before starting treatment with a new medicine. This also applies to medicines that you buy yourself, use only occasionally or have been using for some time.
How do the ingredients of the medicine work?

The medicine consists of a combination of active ingredients. The peppermint oil it contains has a cooling effect on the skin and also reduces the sensation of pain at the site of application. Eucalyptus oil and cajeput oil are intended to support the effects of the peppermint oil.
