Roche CARDIAC function controls in detail
The Roche CARDIAC function controls can be used in conjunction with the cobas h 232 analyser and the corresponding CARDIAC test strips for regular quality control. The quality control measurement works in the same way as a classic measurement, but the control solution is applied instead of blood. How often a quality control should be carried out can be individually defined in the settings of the measuring device according to your own requirements. The contents of the control solutions are ideally drawn up using a CARDIAC pipette, or another pipette with a pipetting volume of 150 μl, and applied to the sample field. The result of the control measurement is displayed and automatically saved in around 8 to 12 minutes, depending on the test parameters;
