Information on shipping
The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page. There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.). If customs fees are incurred (e.g. for deliveries to Switzerland), these are borne entirely by the customer.
Delivery to almost all countries - almost worldwide shipping
We deliver to almost all countries worldwide. However, we reserve the right not to accept orders (see GTC). In this case, we will refund the full purchase price.
We ship with DPD, DHL Express, freight forwarders or alternative shipping service providers. The shipment is insured and you will receive a tracking number by email.

For Austria and Germany: Free delivery from 65 Euro order value!
For all other EU countries: Free delivery from 119 Euro order value!
Oxygen cylinders are excluded. These must be shipped as "dangerous goods" and will be charged separately. The costs will be displayed at checkout.
Also excluded are e.g. chairs, loungers and large goods, which we ship exclusively with a forwarding agent - the shipping costs for these heavy goods deliveries are 100 euros (gross).

Shipping and customs clearance - Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, we charge a flat rate of 89.00 euros for shipping and customs clearance.8.1 For deliveries to third countries (USA, Asia, ...) or the international EU area (Great Britain, Norway, ...) we charge a flat rate of 99.00 euros for shipping and customs clearance.
