What is Actinica® Lotion?
Actinica® Lotion is a clinically tested medical product with a very high level of UV protection. This lotion has been specially developed for people with an increased risk of light skin cancer.
Actinica® Lotion is the only approved medical product whose effectiveness in the prevention of light skin cancer has been proven in a clinical study.* With regular use of Actinica® Lotion, a significant reduction in actinic keratoses and squamous cell carcinomas was observed in immunosuppressed patients.
Actinica® Lotion contains a combination of modern, stabilised UV filters. The UVA and UVB protection corresponds to the highest category "very high UV protection".
An additional application of sunscreen is therefore not necessary.
Actinica® Lotion also has moisturising properties to improve the skin.
The absence of fragrances and PEG emulsifiers ensures that the liposomal lotion is well tolerated and pleasant.
