How to use?
Prepare the medicine and apply the compress to the affected area(s) of the body. Avoid accidental contact with mucous membranes, eyes and open skin areas. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice on preparation.

Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 1-2 weeks without medical advice. If your symptoms persist or recur regularly, you should consult your doctor.

Overdosage?
If the medicine is used as described, no overdose symptoms are known. In case of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor immediately. Possible symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, gastrointestinal bleeding and seizures. Alcohol poisoning may occur. Small children are particularly at risk.

As a general rule: Pay particular attention to conscientious dosing, especially with infants, small children and older people. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.

How do the ingredients of the medicine work?

The ingredients come from the arnica plant and act as a natural mixture. A tincture of arnica reduces inflammation, inhibits the growth of bacteria and viruses, has an analgesic effect and promotes wound healing.
