Aurica Indian psyllium husks are a valuable addition to a high-fibre diet. The high-quality husks of the Indian psyllium seed (Plantago ovata) are particularly rich in fibre and can effectively enhance a low-fibre diet.

Recommended intake:
- Stir 2 teaspoons (4 tsp = 12 g) into plenty of liquid (at least 250 ml) 1 to 2 times a day and drink. No swelling time necessary, ready to drink immediately.
- Neutral in taste and versatile: ideal for stirring into drinks, yoghurt, soured milk or muesli.
Note:
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Store in a cool place (6-25 °C) and protected from light. Keep out of the reach of children.
