Benzaknene 10% gel has been specially developed for the treatment of moderate to severe acne. It contains the medical active ingredient benzoyl peroxide (BPO), which effectively combats acne-causing bacteria and can visibly improve the appearance of the skin within 1-2 weeks. If well tolerated, the gel can also be used over the long term without getting used to it.
Application:
The gel is applied thinly to the affected areas of skin once or twice a day. Before use, the skin should be thoroughly cleansed with a mild cleansing gel and dried.
Notes:
Initially, skin irritation and dryness may occur, but this usually subsides after a few days. If symptoms persist, a doctor should be consulted. The gel can bleach textiles, so white towels and bed linen should be used.
