Bombastus camomile blossom tea in detail
Bombastus camomile blossom tea is a traditional herbal medicine that can be used in a variety of ways. The camomile blossoms contained in this tea provide natural relief for a variety of complaints.
Indications:
- Internal use:
- Gastrointestinal complaints: Helps with cramps and inflammatory disorders of the gastrointestinal tract.
- External use:
- Inflammation of the skin and mucous membranes: Has a soothing effect on bacterial skin conditions, including in the mouth and gums.
- Respiratory tract: Supports inflammatory diseases and irritations of the airways through inhalation.
- Anal and genital area: Helps with inflammatory diseases through baths and rinsing.
Dosage and application:
- Internally:
- Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
- Preparation: Pour 150 ml of boiling water over 1 heaped tablespoon (approx. 3 g) of camomile flowers, leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes, strain through a tea strainer.
- External use:
- Gargling, rinsing, inhalation, compresses: Pour 100 ml of boiling water over 3-10 g of camomile flowers, leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes, strain through a tea strainer.
- Bath additive: 50 g chamomile flowers to 10 litres of water.
Note:
- The infusion must not be used around the eyes.
Duration of use:
- For acute complaints that last longer than a week or recur periodically, consultation with a doctor is recommended.
