Clearblue Early Detection Pregnancy Test in detail
The Clearblue Early Detection Pregnancy Test enables you to obtain certainty as early as 6 days before your period is due. The test is particularly reliable and delivers an accuracy of over 99% from the day your period is due. Thanks to the optimised antibody technology, the hormone HCG is better bound, making the test more sensitive and giving it a sensitivity of 10mlU/ml. The Clearblue Pregnancy Test clearly indicates the result: "Pregnant" or "Not Pregnant".

Application:
- Preparation: remove the cap and have the colouring test tip ready.
- Procedure:
- Method A: Hold the colouring test tip in the urine stream for a full 5 seconds.
- Method B: Collect a urine sample in a clean, dry container and immerse the test tip in the urine sample for a full 20 seconds.
- Check: Ensure that the test tip turns completely pink in colour. If not, see instructions F7.
- Wait: Replace the cap and place the test stick on a flat surface. Start timing and wait 3 minutes.
- Reading the result: After 3 minutes, read the result in the result window. Ignore any changes after 10 minutes.
Result interpretation:
- "Pregnant": You are pregnant (see instructions F3).
- "Not pregnant": You are not pregnant (see instructions F4).
- Control window: A blue line in the control window indicates that the test has been performed correctly. If no blue line appears, the test has not been performed correctly (see instructions F8).
Important note: Read the result within 10 minutes of carrying out the test. Changes after this time are no longer valid and should be ignored.
