The Cleartest® ALBU-MIC is a rapid and precise immunoassay for the qualitative detection of microalbumin in human urine, specially developed for professional use in in-vitro diagnostics.
Intended use
The test is used for the early diagnosis of kidney damage and diabetic nephropathy by detecting microalbuminuria, an indicator of incipient kidney damage.Test principle
The test uses a visual colour reaction to detect microalbumin in urine samples and provides results in just 5 minutes. A positive result is indicated by the absence of a coloured line in the test region of the strip.How to use
Simply dip the test strip into the urine sample for 10-15 seconds, wait 5 minutes and then read the result.Quality features
