Clotrimazole AL 2% for vaginal fungus in detail
Clotrimazole AL 2% vaginal cream is used to treat fungal infections of the vagina. The active ingredient clotrimazole effectively combats fungi such as Candida, which are often responsible for symptoms such as itching, burning and discharge. By disrupting the fungal cell membrane, the growth of the fungi is stopped and they die off.
Application:
The cream is applied using a disposable applicator, which applies the cream deep into the vagina. Treatment should be carried out on three consecutive days in the evening, ideally before menstruation. A doctor should be consulted if symptoms persist or recur.

- Clotrimazole AL 2% is effective against fungal infections caused by fungi such as Candida.
