Erler Zimmer IM injection trainer upper arm for strapping on in detail
With this model, you can practise directly on the patient. You can attach it to a simulated patient or a manikin and it feels very realistic. This trainer is perfect for teaching the correct intramuscular injection on the upper arm. It has built-in sensors that recognise the correct puncture site and injection depth. If you have the correct position, a green indicator light will illuminate. If the position is incorrect, a red indicator light comes on. If the position is correct but the needle is inserted too deeply, red and green light up simultaneously. It is also possible to inject liquid. The model measures 32 x 12 x 11 cm and weighs approx. 0.5 kg.
