Erler Zimmer Vascular Access Arm Bracket in detail
The Vascular Access Arm Bracket allows you to practice venipuncture and blood vessel access in realistic scenarios without causing harm to participants. The arm holders are designed to fit most people and manikins and attach with hook and loop fasteners over and under SurgiReal's Simulated RealFlow Tissue Pad. Our top priority is safety, so all arm holders are made of a puncture-resistant material so that the needle does not come into direct contact with the participants.
Practice options include aligning the needle, palpating the blood vessels and placing a venous line. Develop your skills in three stages: Using the arm holder on a manikin, on a stationary person or on a person mimicking the movements of a patient. The package contains an arm holder, an attachable simulated tissue pad, a packet of artificial blood powder and an infusion bag (1000 ml).
