A special feature of our BIO Sukkary dates is their different ripening times. The earlier the dates are harvested, the juicier and fruitier they are. The BIO Sukkary dates are therefore divided into "crunchy soft" and "extra soft" varieties.
The speciality of our BIO Sukkary dates, EXTRA SOFT and seedless, is that we consider sustainable and resource-conserving management to be very important. That's why we harvest the whole palm and use every single one of our fresh organic dates. Even the "less beautiful" dates from the palm are harvested and then pitted.
A 3 kg box of BIO Sukkary Dates EXTRA SOFT and Seedless may therefore contain dates that stick together or are damaged on the outside. These boxes are primarily intended to enable quick and stress-free further processing and at the same time save valuable food.
The BIO Sukkary dates are carefully harvested by hand and then thoroughly cleaned to preserve their special freshness. Note: Despite careful deseeding, occasionally kernels or particles of kernels may still be present. Please check the dates for any seeds before processing.
