The Pure Encapsulations Arginine & Ornithine dietary supplement contains arginine and ornithine, which are particularly suitable for intensive training sessions. Arginine is an amino acid that the body may not produce sufficiently in certain situations, e.g. during growth or intensive training. The combination of arginine & ornithine is recommended before bedtime or for athletes one hour before training.

They are free from unnecessary additives, lactose, gluten, artificial colours, trans fats, hydrogenated fats, anti-caking agents and coatings. The capsules contain arginine HCl, ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and ascorbyl palmitate.
Recommended intake
The recommended intake is 2x2 capsules per day, one hour before physical exercise or before going to bed. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Please keep out of the reach of children and store in a cool, dry place.
