The intake of fish oils is particularly important in a low-fish diet and contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. This product is free from unnecessary additives and contains only fish oils that carry the "Friend of the Sea" seal.

Nutritional values per daily serving (1 teaspoon = 5 ml):
- Fish oil concentrate: 4600 mg
- EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid): 740-825 mg
- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid): 460-550 mg
Recommended dosage:
- 1 teaspoon of 5 ml per day with or between meals. Children from 4 years: ½ teaspoon of 2.5 ml per day pure or added to a meal.
Note:
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Storage:
- Keep out of the reach of small children.
- Store in the refrigerator after opening. If stored properly (2-8 °C), the shelf life after opening can be guaranteed for at least 90 days. The contents may appear cloudy due to refrigeration.
