With the Roche keyboard, the Urisys 1100 software offers the option of activating or deactivating the user identification code consisting of up to 12 alphanumeric characters. User ID and authentication mode can be activated in setup menu 3, in which case the device prompts you to enter the user ID, which can consist of up to 12 alphanumeric characters, after each restart and each time the system is activated from standby mode. The ID can be seen on every result printout and is transferred to the host computer with the results.Note: A CAB 322 IBM AT/XT DIN data cable is required to connect a barcode reader and an external keyboard.Advantages
