Recommended intake:
For adults and children over 12 years of age: Enjoy 1-2 lozenges ½ hour before travelling, then every 1-2 hours as required. Pregnant women should not consume more than 10 lozenges per day.
For children aged 6-12 years: To refresh, 1 lozenge ½ hour before travelling, then every 1-2 hours as required.
Children under 6 years of age should only use the lozenges as recommended by a doctor.
