Organic quality sea lettuce
Sea lettuce, also known as "sea lettuce", is a crunchy, fresh, multicellular green algae (Ulva). The Ulva algae grows in a ribbon-like or lettuce leaf-like form, preferably in shallow waters along seashores worldwide.
Our sea lettuce comes from organic wild growth off the Atlantic coast of Spain.
Due to its high iodine content, seaweed should only be consumed in moderation.

Contents: 100% seaweed (Ulva spp.) from organic cultivation
Preparation: First wash the seaweed and leave to soak in water for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse well and add to the seaweed salad.
Note: Soaking in water increases the weight/volume by a factor of six.
Recommended intake: Sprinkle 2 g of seaweed flakes over or in food every day.
Consumer information: Seaweed is naturally rich in iodine. Excessive iodine intake can lead to thyroid problems. The recommended average daily amount should not exceed 0.2 mg iodine.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of the reach of small children.
