A very special blend for a very special day. The tea shimmers in a matt straw yellow, its flavour captivates with a strong floral note and spicy-fresh mint. The dried leaves are packed by hand to preserve the essential oils as much as possible. The tea goes perfectly with afternoon snacks, sorbets, fine desserts with chocolate, harmonises wonderfully with spring cuisine and - how could it be otherwise - with birthday cake. This tea is packaged by hand directly on the Bauer family farm.
