How to use?
Take the medicine with liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water).

Duration of use?
The duration of use depends on the nature of the symptoms and/or the course of the disease. As a rule, however, the duration of treatment should be as short as possible and only last a few days. If your symptoms persist for longer, you should consult your doctor.

Overdosing?
An overdose can lead to drowsiness, impaired consciousness, hallucinations and cardiovascular disorders. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.

As a general rule: Pay particular attention to conscientious dosing, especially with infants, small children and older people. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.

A dosage prescribed by a doctor may differ from the information in the package leaflet. As the doctor will adjust it individually, you should therefore use the medicine according to his instructions.

- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients
- Circulatory disorder of the cerebral vessels, current or even if they have been present for some time
- epilepsy
- Seizures during pregnancy (eclampsia)

- Children under 6 years of age: As a rule, the medicinal product should not be used in this group. There are preparations that are more suitable in terms of active ingredient strength and/or pharmaceutical form.

What about pregnancy and breastfeeding?
- Pregnancy: The medicinal product must not be used.
- Lactation: The medicinal product must not be used.

The information provided here is based primarily on side effects that occur in at least one in 1,000 patients treated.
- The ability to react may be impaired even when used as directed, especially at higher doses or in combination with alcohol. Pay particular attention if you are driving or operating machinery (including household machinery) that could injure you.
- Avoid excessive UV radiation, e.g. in solariums or during extended sunbathing, because the skin reacts more sensitively during the use of the medicine.
- Sudden discontinuation may cause problems or discomfort. Treatment should therefore be stopped slowly, i.e. by gradually tapering off the dose. It is best to seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist.
- Caution: If you use the medicine for a long time, the body may become accustomed to it and you may need an increasingly higher dosage in order to feel any effect.
- Take care if you are intolerant to lactose. If you have to follow a diabetes diet, you should take the sugar content into account.
- There may be medicines with which interactions occur. You should therefore always tell your doctor or pharmacist about any other medicine you are already taking before starting treatment with a new medicine. This also applies to medicines that you buy yourself, use only occasionally or have been using for some time.
How does the ingredient of the medicine work?

The active ingredient blocks receptors for a specific messenger substance called histamine. Via this blockade, it suppresses vasodilation and increased blood flow in the smallest hair vessels (capillaries) triggered by histamine. It also combats nausea via the same mechanism and has a calming effect.
