Trio Amino Complex: L-arginine + L-ornithine + L-lysine powder 300 g in detail
The Trio Amino Complex is a highly effective and well-tolerated combination preparation that contains L-arginine, L-ornithine and L-lysine. These three amino acids are essential for many important functions in the body. L-arginine is a non-essential amino acid that is found in foods with a high protein content. L-ornithine is a basic, non-proteinogenic amino acid that the body can produce itself and can increase the level of free L-arginine. L-lysine is an essential amino acid that can only be obtained from food. Our Trio Amino Complex is produced by fermentation and then gently finely ground to ensure optimal absorption.
Recommended daily intake: Mix 3 g of powder (equivalent to 3 vital measuring spoons) into 200-300 ml of liquid and drink. Ideally, take it on an empty stomach or 1 hour before going to bed. For athletes, we recommend taking it 1 hour before training.
