How to use?
Spray the medicine into each nostril. Breathe gently through your nose while spraying. Clean your nose beforehand by blowing vigorously. Hold your head upright for the application.

Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 6 months without medical advice. After this period, it is essential to take a break from treatment. Use should be continued as long as contact with the allergenic substance (e.g. pollen) continues.

Overdosing?
No overdosing symptoms are known when used as directed. If in doubt, consult your doctor.

Forgotten to use?
Resume normal use at the next prescribed time (i.e. do not double the amount).
