Weinmann connecting piece for MANUVAC and OMNIVAC in detail
The Weinmann connecting piece was specially developed for the MANUVAC and OMNIVAC suction pumps. It enables effective suctioning of viscous and solid food particles.
In order to insert the thick suction tube (2nd stage) directly into the patient's mouth/throat, the thin suction tube (1st stage) must be disconnected using the adapter of the thick suction tube (2nd stage).
To ensure that the MANUVAC suction pump works properly, we recommend a regular function check before each use and after each hygienic reprocessing. Particular attention should be paid to a tight fit of the hose connections.
In the Weinmann operating instructions, this connector is also referred to as adapter NW 6.
