- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients
- Anemia with greatly enlarged red blood cells (hyperchromic megaloblastic anemia), caused exclusively by folic acid deficiency

- Pregnancy: Consult your doctor. Various considerations play a role in whether and how the medicine can be used during pregnancy.
- Breastfeeding: According to current knowledge, there is no indication that the medicine should not be used during breastfeeding.
