The "Ajala" bracelet consists of rudraksha seed beads combined with small, black glass beads and brass ornaments. The name Rudraksha means "tears of Shiva" in German.
According to legend, the Rudraksha trees grew in the exact places where Shiva's tears fell to the ground. These trees grow high in the Himalayas, close to the sky, and have always been associated with strong spiritual powers.
Rudraksha seeds are said to have a calming effect on our nervous system. They absorb and amplify the energy of their wearer and surround them as if in a cocoon of their own energy. This keeps you stable and protected from negative energies from outside. At the same time, they support meditation, mindfulness training or rituals, as they help you to find your own centre more easily.
