The DR. THEISS Melatonin Sleep Spray Plus combines melatonin with soothing extracts of hops, valerian and passionflower to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and promote sleep through the night. Developed for a natural night's sleep, the spray is an ideal solution for travellers suffering from jet lag and for people with sleep problems. It is easy to use thanks to the practical spray head, which allows the spray to be quickly absorbed through the oral mucosa.
Properties:

Ingredients:
Water, glycerine, valerian root extract (16.7 %), ethanol, flavouring, passionflower herb extract (1.7 %), hop extract (1.7 %), melatonin (0.17 %), citric acid, potassium sorbate, peppermint oil.
Recommended dosage:
- To shorten the time it takes to fall asleep: Spray 4 sprays directly into the mouth approx. 30 minutes before going to bed.
- For jet lag: Spray 2 sprays directly into the mouth before going to bed.
Note:
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Storage:
Store in a cool place (15-25 °C) and protected from light. Keep out of the reach of children.
