Dräger's innovative ID technology makes many work steps easier for you. RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) is used to establish a wireless connection between the breathing circuit system and the Dräger Infinity device. This means that data can be exchanged easily and continuously, sent immediately to the device and stored twice. This means that no important information is lost. Ventilation settings and alarm limits are stored on the breathing circuit chip from the very first second. When switching to another Infinity device, the parameters are automatically transferred. This saves you time and prevents operating errors caused by re-entering the values. An automatic compatibility check verifies whether the ventilation tube is approved for the connected device. The coaxial breathing tube integrated in some versions, in which the inspiratory tube runs in the lumen of the expiratory tube, ensures improved organisation at the workplace and is particularly space-saving. In addition, the breathing gas can be warmed by the expiratory air on the way to the patient.
