Erler Zimmer hand with tendons, nerves and carpal tunnel in detail
The hand skeleton with forearm attachment provides a detailed representation of the anatomical structures of the wrist and forearm.
It shows the tendons of the M. flexor digitorum superficialis (tendons of the superficial finger flexor) and the M. flexor pollicis longus (tendon of the long thumb flexor).
The vagina communis tendinum musculorum flexorum (tendon sheath), the lig. carpi transversum (carpal ligament) and the n. medianus (median nerve) are also shown.
The skeleton is mounted on wire and consists of individual bones, which allows a certain degree of flexibility.
The hand skeleton is life-size and is ideal for use in medical training or for practical exercises.
