This simulator has been developed to give you a realistic representation of the complete birth process. The simulator includes a fully articulated life-size female doll that can simulate all important aspects before, during and after labour. The simulator also includes the following functions:

• An IV injection arm on which you can practice administering medications and fluids
• A removable abdominal cover to allow access to the abdomen during labour

• An automatic birth system to realistically simulate the birth process
• The measurement of head circumference and opening of the cervix, to assess the progress of labour

• Exchangeable stretchable cervixes to represent different stages of the opening of the cervix
• The possibility of practice suturing an episiotomy incision on three different vulva inserts
• A movable birth baby with placenta and a resuscitation baby with intubation option and the possibility of umbilical artery catheterisation
